A curated selection of some of my rural and coastal travel photography in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, France
Ille-et-Vilaine, located in northwestern Brittany, is the part of France where I have been living for the last years. Like the rest of Brittany, which is one of the main touristic regions of France, it counts many coastal and rural touristic spots.
From the green waters and spectacular high tides of the Emerald coast to the world of King Arthur and Merlin in the magnificent Brocéliande forest, Ille-et-Vilaine is filled with beautiful places to discover and explore.
Cancale is located in northwestern Brittany, in Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. Famous for its oysters and its old traditional fishing boats, it offers a great scenic view over the bay, worth capturing even on dark and cloudy days
Between Fougères and Mont St Michel Bay, the river Couesnon flows along a valley offering a patchwork of bocage and forest landscapes. Sometimes wild, sometimes gentle, this natural area is a great place for hiking and enjoying the great outdoors.
